The Maternal Fetal Treatment Center (MFTC) represents a key area of growth in maternal care, integrating advanced fetal and pediatric surgical practices with a focus on exceptional outcomes for patients. We are looking for a Clinical Program Manager who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.
Position Overview:

As the Associate Director for the MFTC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this exciting new area of healthcare, filled with opportunities for innovation and collaboration. This position blends advanced clinical expertise with strategic program management, enhancing our reputation while elevating patient experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of acute care nursing experience required
- Minimum of 4 years Clinical program management experience
- 3 years in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting
- Advanced regulatory interpretation and compliance knowledge.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities and complex demands in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications:
- RN State License in California (upon hire).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (upon hire).

Our compensation philosophy
We offer a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base pay range shown generally applies to the greater Los Angeles area and may vary based on work location. Our range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including knowledge/skills: relevant experience and training, education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors.
