Registered Nurse III - Minimally Invasive Urology - 8 Hour Days
Job Description
- Provide and document direct and indirect patient care services that ensures the safety, comfort, personal hygiene, and protection of patients.
- Educate patients on disease prevention and restorative measures
- Administration of medications and therapeutic agents vital to the implementation of the treatment, disease prevention, or rehabilitative plan of care
- Observes signs and symptoms of illness, reactions to medications/treatments, general behavior, and/or general physical condition
- Assess the signs, symptoms, reactions, behaviors, or general appearance to determine normal versus abnormal characteristics
- Plan and implement care based on your observations
- Implements appropriate reporting, referrals and care, following standardized procedures
- Initiate emergency procedures when indicated
- Identify patients' readiness for learning and ability to give instructions and give consent
- Provide a safe environment and evaluate efficiency of intervention for patients

We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other recognition programs for our employees. The base pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors.
