  • Own hiring governance, approvals, compensation, and offer processes
  • Ensure compliance through background checks, documentation, and policy adherence
  • Manage onboarding administration and employment procedures
  • Define hiring needs, role requirements, competencies, and success metrics
  • Lead hiring strategy, interviews, and final selection decisions
